We will email you on the day of dispatch to give you the estimated delivery date and tracking number of your order. Be assured, we will keep you informed of any changes or delays concerning delivery of your order.

All orders are to be signed for on delivery and covered with shipping insurance for your peace of mind.

To protect your privacy, we ensure that our delivery packaging offers no clue as to its contents, it is completely plain and uninteresting until you open it up. Any labels including return address information will show our company name in initial form as C J Ltd. At Crowned Jewels we are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept private. We respect your privacy and treat your details in the strictest confidence and will never share your information with other companies except those who require the information to complete the delivery of your order (Royal Mail or alternative courier)

We do not send unsolicited mail or email, we don’t make unsolicited phone calls and will only contact you to confirm your order, your payment and your parcel dispatch and tracking number should you buy something from us.

You may replace your vibration module outside of the stated warranty period for a small fee of £10.00 + post and packaging. Please contact us for help and return advice.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of our products, please note that our solid metal sex toys and are not accepted for return, unless they are found to be damaged on delivery.

Crowned Jewels Limited offers a 10 year construction warranty on its Precious Metal casings. Scratches and dents are not covered by this warranty, though we will offer to repair any accidental damage for a nominal fee.
